Sound device is fantastic. Sandy and Robin do a great job and I am so thankful for all that they have done for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having hearing challenges.

Detail oriented, caring and understanding. Always pleasant and makes it a great experience. Does not push their product but provides a great screening service for free. If needed then the facts are presented but there is no pressure to buy hearing aids. They leave that up to you.

Update: I can hear! They have a great team there who tested, fit, and sold me the hearing aids I needed. More importantly, they didn't sell me more than I needed. Plus they are good people. First consult, testing visit and first pair. Will update as care continues on path...
